Women minister uniquely to women and in the church. It is with great joy that we welcome you to join us as we "build one another up in the faith" so that we may be effective Christian women in our homes, our church, and our communities. We offer many opportunities to serve Christ and meet the needs of others, enjoy the fellowship and encouragement of other Christian women, be a witness in our communities, a help to our missionaries, and to learn from God's Word. It is our desire to encourage and teach women so that "Christ may dwell in their hearts by faith" and be "rooted and grounded in love." May God help us to "all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." Ephesians 4:13

Ladies' Fellowship Meetings run from September through April with a church wide banquet in December (honorees alternate yearly between our Senior Saints and a Children's Home supported by our church). Meetings are usually on the third Monday or Tuesday of each month and start at 6:30 and sometimes 7:00 p.m. We have been choosing a different book to use for a Bible Study each month, and we take time for prayer as well as singing and a different "fun" time each meeting.

Every September we have our LADIES' PROGRESSIVE DINNER - Everyone brings a couple of dishes as we load up in vans and visit 2 or 3 ladies' homes, eating a different course at each home. We end the evening with a special devotion to start our new year of Ladies' Fellowship Meetings and Activities. We end our year with a meeting in April, and every other year we have a Mother/Daughter Banquet in June. The year we do not have a Mother/Daughter Banquet, we have a Sweetheart Banquet in February, for all the adult couples in the church.

Ministry Opportunities abound within Ladies' Fellowship including . . .
Baby Showers: Our ladies give a baby shower for those members who are expectant mothers having their "first baby in our church", whether it is their first, second, third, etc. child." It's a fun time to come together to honor the new mom as we have a devotional, play games, have refreshments and shower the mom and baby with gifts.

Bridal Teas: Bridal Teas are given to the members of our church who are soon to be married. It is a Sunday afternoon drop-in tea from 2-4. Sometimes a reception, after the wedding, is given instead if the groom-to-be is a member or our church and the wedding is in the church where the bride-to-be is a member. It's a blessing help out the new couple who are beginning their married life together.

Meals Ministry: What a joy it is to take a meal to a family with a new baby or someone just recovering from surgery or illness.

Missionary Closet: Bring your donations of miscellaneous toiletries, Bibles, stationary and gift items and leave them in the box by the library. Our missionaries are blessed and encouraged by this ministry.

Secret Prayer Sisters: Submit your name, then draw one from the basket for the opportunity to pray for and encourage a sister in Christ for a year. Gifts and cards can be left on the foyer table. We draw names at our October meeting each year.

Ladies' Groups: Every lady is put in a group upon joining our church and given a Ladies' Fellowship group list. Group leaders will call on different ladies from their group to help with a meal for our Meals Ministry as needed or to help with the Setup/Decoration, Food, or Clean Up for our church fellowships. Volunteers are greatly appreciated!
