While it is our hope that this web site will be fully functional using any browser, there are some design decisions that make the use of one browser preferable to another (at least with regards to this site).  In particular, this site was designed for optimal viewing with Mozilla Firefox & Internet Explorer.  The latest version of IE available is 7.0.

In addition it should be noted that we designed for a minimum screen resolution of 800x600 and 256 colors.  Optimal viewing can be obtained by using 1024x768 for your screen resolution and at least 16-bit High Color.
